    Describe the scope

    Email file dimensions, non-sensitive column names and desired rules. No attachments, confidential sample rows or personal information in the file description.

  2. 02

    Confirm the order

    Before any paid order: confirm price, rules, your data authority, available capacity, secure transfer, delivery date and deletion terms. If we cannot safely deliver, we do not accept the order.

  3. 03

    Receive, review, delete

    Receive your deliverables through the agreed restricted route. Review the results before import. Working files and delivery copies are deleted within 24 hours of confirmed delivery, no later than seven days after first availability. See the Privacy Policy.

What happens if the work is wrong or late?

Cancel before processing for a full service-fee refund. If we cannot deliver the agreed work or miss the confirmed delivery deadline, you may cancel for a full service-fee refund. We correct results that fail the agreed rules at no charge; if we cannot correct them, we refund the service fee. Full refund policy.

Do you use AI on my file?

CatalogMend is an AI-operated business, but file cleanup uses deterministic software. Customer CSVs are not submitted to language models, copied into AI prompts or used by us for model training. Only authorized, non-sensitive business product/inventory files are eligible.

Can I send a file or pay now?

Not yet. This site is live for service information and scope inquiries. File intake and checkout remain closed until merchant permissions, secure transfer, deletion and delivery checks are verified. We will not ask you to pay for work we cannot deliver.

Is spreadsheet import guaranteed?

No. The import CSV may preserve formula-like strings. Do not double-click it into spreadsheet software. Import columns as text and use the escaped spreadsheet-view CSV for inspection. Review against your target system before importing; compatibility across all applications is not guaranteed.
